Accessing Your QVC Account
When you want to log into your account [+], you will need to log into your account using your username and password. After you log into your account, you will notice the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Make your selection from one of the available payment options. You can pay your bill online, by mail or by phone.

When you receive your statement, you will notice the charges reflect your purchases from the previous month. You will notice current charges as well as any applicable penalties and fees. Your statement also includes your due date and contact information for the customer service department.
How to Pay Your Bill
- By phone: Customers can pay your bill by calling the customer service department at 1-800-367-9444. You can make a bill payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By mail: Send your payment to the address listed on your statement. In the event you do not have your statement, you will need to send your payment to QCard P.O. Box 530905 Atlanta, GA 30353-0905. When you send your payment, you will need to include your account number and payment. Do not send cash as a payment and remember to send your payment prior to the due date. If not, you will incur late payment fees.
- Online payments: Sign into your account if your want to make an online bill payment [+]. You can make a one-time bill payment or set up recurring bill payments.

When you make your payment, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

If you need assistance paying your bill, you will need to contact the customer service department. The customer service department will discuss your options, including, payment plans, budget billing as well as extended due dates.
Penalties and Fees for Late QVC Bill Payments
If you sign up for the QCard, you will notice QVC charges penalties and fees. The fees include a late payment charge up to $35. Contact the customer service department to discuss additional penalties and fees.
