Accessing Your Cricket Account

Visit the Cricket website ^[+] to make your bill payment. You will not the login screen on the main web page. Enter your username and password. After entering this information, navigate to the “My Account” tab and select the options to make your monthly bill payment.

You will not receive a traditional monthly bill, considering Cricket is a prepay cell service. You can set up your account for automatic reminders.

How to Pay Your Bill

• By phone: Customers have the opportunity to pay your monthly Cricket bill by phone. If you are a current customer, you will need to call 1-800-975-3708. You can call *611 from your mobile device.
• By mail: If you want to send your payment, you will need to visit the payment center ^[+] and find a Cricket store near your current location. Remember to never send cash with your bill payment.
• Online payments: If you want to make an online bill payment ^[+], you will need to sign into your existing account. After you sign into your account, you will navigate to the online bill payment tab and make your payment.

Types of Credit Cards Accepted by Cricket Bill Pay

You have the opportunity to use your MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card to pay your bill. You also have the opportunity to use your bank credit card or debit card.

Finding Help to Pay your Cricket Bill

Cricket does not offers payment assistance programs for customers facing financial hardships. If you notice your charges are higher from month to month, you will need to contact the customer service department to help you resolve your concerns.

Penalties and Fees for Late Cricket Bill Payments

Considering Cricket is a prepay cell phone plan, you will not incur late payment fees. You will be charged several fees ^[+] relating to your service. If you make a payment, you are assessed a fee of $2. If make payment by phone, you are charged $5. When you visit a retail store and make a payment, you are charged $3. If you want to transfer your phone number, you will be charged $10. Additional charges include changing your phone number for $15 and a warranty deposit of $35.
